Join us for a one-day workshop inspired by the teachings of spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy. In this workshop, we will explore the enriching practice of heart meditation, a path towards discovering inner peace and joy.
Sri Chinmoy emphasised the importance of the heart as the centre of our deepest peace and oneness. Through heart meditation, we learn to dive deep into the wellspring of silence and love within, transcending the stresses and distractions of everyday life.

Seating and Attire
- Seating Options: Chairs, cushions, or meditation stools will be available to ensure your comfort.
- Attire: Please wear clean socks as shoes are not worn in the meditation room. Dress comfortably to allow relaxation and ease during meditation.
