Please come down the driveway, past the deck and enter through the glass doors. Once inside, remove shoes (please wear clean socks as we don’t wear shoes in our meditation room) - the room is the door on the left side of the foyer. There is a place to put coats and bags but please leave valuables at home.

What to Expect:
The meditation room is warm and welcoming, with a range of seating options to suit your comfort, including chairs, meditation cushions, and meditation stools. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring clean socks, as shoes are not permitted in the meditation room.
To keep the space clear and free of distractions, there will be a designated area to leave bags and jackets. We kindly ask that you leave valuables at home.
The Sri Chinmoy Centre’s approach to meditation is accessible and natural, designed to help you connect with your inner essence and unlock your potential for a more peaceful and fulfilling life. No special equipment or previous experience needed—just bring an open mind and heart.
